FREE March 2025 Occupational Therapy Wallpapers

Wow – March already! This year is flying by to me.

As of today, I am 26 weeks pregnant so we are still going strong over here. This month I tried to incorporate more diverse colors, sprinkled in some St. Patty’s theme, and occupational therapy advocacy (peep our 7 core values in one of the wallpapers). I hope you find one you enjoy and remember to tag me on Instagram @ot.enlightenment to be featured in my stories and so I can see which styles you all are loving! (Scroll to the bottom for a contest this month!)

So here are the March backgrounds:

And that’s a wrap for March! I hope you find you enjoy. Again, show me your fav over on instagram or leave a comment of which one you chose – I genuinely love to know!

Product of the Month: LEFT2RIGHT Puzzles

I was gifted one of these puzzles to test out and truthfully, the quality is great and the concept is genius! The way this puzzle is designed is too promote left/right directionality. This is a crucial developmental skill as children learn to read left and right, gain awareness of their body when performing fine motor and gross motor skills, and more. Puzzles in general, like the one pictured, also works on those foundational learning skills of shape identification, matching, fine motor skills (chunkier knobs at the top for little hands), and visual-motor skills (using our hands and eyes together). You can check this puzzle out here. It states is is recommended for ages 1-4.
